Protecting Scalloped Hammerhead Nurseries in Puerto Rico

For close to a decade, Conservación ConCiencia has been partnering with the Puerto Rico's Commercial Fishers as part of their Puerto Rico Shark Research and Conservation Program. The project is now expanding the collaboration and working with the Cataño Commercial Fishing Association and Mote Marine Laboratory with the aim to create collaborative governance with local fishing communities to protect recently identified Scalloped Hammerhead nurseries in Puerto Rico.
